Abstract

In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) has increasingly made its presence felt in the legal world, both as a tool for legal research and as a subject of litigation itself. This blog explores notable case law examples where AI intersects with jurisprudence, shedding light on how courts are grappling with the legal challenges posed by this evolving technology.
