Abstract


This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the constitutional protection of informational privacy in India. The primary focus is on the evolving jurisprudence and legal framework governing privacy rights, specifically in the context of technological advancements and data collection. The article delves into the historical development of privacy rights in India, the landmark cases that have shaped the recognition of informational privacy, the challenges associated with data protection, and the efforts made to address these concerns.
