Refund Policy
In the following circumstances, NLR does not allow for a refund or cancellation:​

If an author decides to withdraw a paper after it has been published.

Upon receipt of the acceptance/confirmation mail, the processing fee is paid.

If an author withdraws his or her paper from consideration or refuses to edit and resubmit, there are no refunds or withdrawals.

Multiple Payments / Additional Amount Debited

If numerous payments for the same manuscript are made, or if an excessive amount is withdrawn from the author's account, the excess amount received by NLR will be reimbursed to the author's bank account within 1-3 working days.
